Jeffrey Lee was born in Portland, Oregon. His

April Lee was born in Hawai'i. She
earned a double major degree in biology
and psychology. April, developed her
full-time, real estate business for over
30 years. April has attained the CCIM
(Certified Commercial Investment
Member) designation of which there are
currently 9064 worldwide; taken all the
Graduate Realtor Institute classes, as
well as, earned the Rural Land
Institute’s (RLI) designation and the
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)
titles.  April has taken classes through
BOMA (Building Owners and Managers
Association) and IREM (Institute of
Real Estate Management) and received
instruction from Dower Realty of
Hawai'i in Property Management.  
Working for banks, production and
custom builders, investors & developers
at different stages of her career gave
her a broad base of experience.
