50% of the rent is required to complete
the booking (balance due 45 days in
advance). A refundable security/damage
deposit of $500 is required.

If you cancel ( in writing or by email )
payments ( less $100.00 usd ) are
refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Otherwise only the Security/Damage
deposit is refundable upon cancellation.
