April Lee was born in Hawai'i.
She earned a double major degree in biology and psychology. Mission Statement: "I shall serve the individuals who hire me with 100% commitment, dedicated to their financial protection, wealth accumulation and knowledge of solutions available for their property decisions." - April Lee Real Estate and Certifications: April, developed her real estate business for over 49 years. April has attained the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation of which there are about 9,500 worldwide (Know your IRR?); earned the E-Pro designation; taken all the Graduate Realtor Institute classes, as well as, earned the Rural Land Institute’s (RLI) training and the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) titles. April has taken classes through BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and received instruction & accreditation from C. Charles Chatham in Real Estate Counseling. Real estate counselors advise on property issues and help investors make decisions about how to select properties that you, the client, have determined will meet your goals. Rather than selling real estate, counselors focus on the discovery for each client to define what is essential to attain their real estate solution(s). Previous Work Experience: Working for banks, production and custom builders, investors & developers at different stages of her career gave her a broad base of experience. April has structured Seller financing, 52 Real Estate Exchanges, and several short sales. Awards & Recognition: In 2005, I & Co-Agent Jan Nonaka, won the "New Construction Team Award" for the State of Hawai’i at the Builder’s Industry Parade of Homes I have sold 594+ New Construction Homes and Condominiums. |
